I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I've never played any of the BioShock games. I remember the first game coming out, and it looked pretty awesome, but I just never bought it. When BioShock 2 was released I had already not played the first one and I don't like jumping in halfway through a series. So I decided to let it be one of those series I just wouldn't play, like Halo (I don't own an Xbox).
However, with the recent release of BioShock Infinite, and the endless praise heaped on it, I've changed my mind. So now, almost six years after the original BioShock's release, I'm finally playing through the games. I've bought the BioShock Ultimate Rapture Edition for PS3, I'll buy BioShock Infinite when I'm done with the first two and I'm going to post reviews of the games as I play through them. Better late than never, eh?
